Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the AgeMax app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. What AgeMax is — and isn’t

AgeMax estimates the apparent age and cosmetic characteristics of your skin from a selfie and suggests self-care habits. It is for entertainment and general self-improvement only. It is not medical, dermatological, or health advice, and results are AI estimates that may be inaccurate or vary between scans. Do not use the App to diagnose, treat, or make decisions about any medical condition. Consult a qualified professional for skin or health concerns.

We do not guarantee any particular result, score change, or outcome from following the protocol.

4. Subscriptions and billing

AgeMax may offer auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Prices are shown in the App before you buy.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

Your use of the App is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple’s standard EULA).

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you provide. You grant us and our AI provider a limited licence to process your photo solely to generate your scan result, as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm the photos are of yourself (or that you have permission to use them) and are lawful.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the App: no uploading unlawful content, no reverse-engineering, no attempting to disrupt or abuse the service or its providers, and no using it to analyze other people without their consent.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its content (excluding your photos) are owned by Baran Kutlu and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. AI estimates are inherently approximate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baran Kutlu will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make in reliance on the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end the service, or these Terms, if you breach them or as needed to operate lawfully.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date will change and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
